The published result comes from an external GitHub-hosted Chromium probe. Run the same certificate-pinned WebTransport and JAM UP0 check from this browser to compare paths. Chrome is the reference browser. Safari 26 uses a different HTTP/3 WebTransport negotiation than the validators’ draft-02 endpoint; Safari failures before JAM UP0 are reported as inconclusive, not as validator downtime.
